The Barrier Guardians

Kenjaku’s stronghold sits behind layered curtains, and every layer has a keeper.

The Guardians are barrier sorcery given bodies: living curtain anchors that must be brought down in sequence to expose the architect. Each guardian warps the rules of the space it guards.

The Gauntlet

Layered curtain fights, each with its own spatial gimmick: inverted gravity wells, mirrored arenas, zones where techniques cast backward. The party that adapts fastest spends the least.

What it means

The Games were never the plan. They were the furnace. Past these curtains is the man who lit it, and the cage holding the only key that opens every lock in this arc.
